Villa Vivanco

Vivanco is a firm favourite here at Vargas and always in demand. A great looking house set in an amazing location and with a large private beach just a step down from the elevated home.

The home itself is a Scarlet Creative Xander Villa and has bold and modern looks and plenty of space.

This is set in a good sized elevated plot affording amazing views out to sea and if you head down some stone steps you will find the private and secluded private beach.

The villa comes with 850 prim allowance and is fully furnished but can be removed should you wish. Our furnishings and landscaping will count in your prim allowance.

All Vargas rentals include security orb, changeable radio station and a pre-set sky platform for your use. Rental is 1000L$ a week and you can either visit our sales office, located at the town centre or leave a message here.
