Villa Montelena

Montelena is set at the highest point of the south western island. The high vantage point affords the villa amazing views, both out to sea and into the rest of the resort and the vineyards. The house itself is spacious and rustic, comes with it’s own small pool and affords incredible sea views from the bedroom.

Nestled behind the house you will find a small pathway and steps that lead down and onto a private beach for residents enjoyment.

The villa comes with 1000 prim allowance and is fully furnished but can be removed should you wish. Our furnishings and landscaping will count in your prim allowance.

All Vargas rentals include security orb, changeable radio station and a pre-set sky platform for your use. Rental is 1100L$ a week and you can either visit our sales office, located at the town centre or leave a message here.
