Villa Ceretto

Ceretto is a smaller but beautiful parcel, designed for those who may not need as much space but still want a high quality home. It’s the first parcel you come to as you cross the bridge from the vineyards, but despite that it’s still nicely secluded and private.

The plot features a surrounding privacy wall and an open view out into the main waterways of Vargas. Head to the cliff edge and you’ll find a large and you’ll find a large wooden look out that has plenty of room for furnishing out.

The house is a Trompe Bellamy Cottage, small and quaint, yet modern and very tasteful.

The villa comes with 675 prim allowance and is fully furnished but can be removed should you wish. Our furnishings and landscaping will count in your prim allowance.

All Vargas rentals include security orb, changeable radio station and a pre-set sky platform for your use. Rental is 1100L$ a week and you can either visit our sales office, located at the town centre or leave a message here.
