Villa Ruinart

Villa Ruinart is something special. Located low down on the South Western side of our Northern Island, it features a large plot with lots of beach space and a waterfall.

The home itself is the Scarlett Creative Barton and is a beautiful build that blends in perfectly with the parcel it is on.

While you are out on that veranda you can also enjoy the waterfall that forms part of the parcel, making it even more picturesque. Plus you have two private beaches all included with your home.

The villa comes with 900 prim allowance and is fully furnished but can be removed should you wish. Our furnishings and landscaping will count in your prim allowance.

All Vargas rentals include security orb, changeable radio station and a pre-set sky platform for your use. Rental is 1100L$ a week and you can either visit our sales office, located at the town centre or leave a message here.
