Villa Plata

From the moment you pass through the main gate and head down the gravel path, you know you’ve walked into something special. This glorious house commands a great location being on the eastern back end of the south western island.

Whilst being very private and secluded with trees, shrubs and bushes hiding the neighbours, the back opens onto a large and beautiful private beach for your pleasure. With lush grounds and commanding views, Plata is not one to be missed.

The villa comes with 700 prim allowance and is fully furnished but can be removed should you wish. Our furnishings and landscaping will count in your prim allowance.

All Vargas rentals include security orb, changeable radio station and a pre-set sky platform for your use. Rental is 800L$ a week and you can either visit our sales office, located at the town centre or leave a message here.
