Villa Trapiche

Trapiche is a fantastic little plot, tucked away in the north western corner of the entire resort, it’s about as private as you could get.

The positions affords great sea views and two private beaches for you to enjoy as well as surprisingly spacious grounds around the house.

The home itself is a Scarlett Creative Tenley Barn and fits so well with the look and feel of both the parcel and the resort. With the large doors pulled wide open it’s almost like the outside is brought into the home as the sea breeze runs right through the property.

The villa comes with 750 prim allowance and is fully furnished but can be removed should you wish. Our furnishings and landscaping will count in your prim allowance.

All Vargas rentals include security orb, changeable radio station and a pre-set sky platform for your use. Rental is 1100L$ a week and you can either visit our sales office, located at the town centre or leave a message here.
